The first time only, press and hold the Pocket Charger button for 4 seconds, then release. The Holder Status and Battery Status lights will flash.
Insert the Holder in the Pocket Charger, then close the door to charge. When the light stops blinking, your Holder is fully charged.
Pull the Holder from the Pocket Charger. Gently press a HEETS stick into the Holder—tobacco-side facing down—to the line on the filter. Do not twist the HEETS.
Press the Holder button until the Holder vibrates and the light pulses.
Once the Holder vibrates twice and the light is solid, your IQOS is ready. Puff smoothly for the best experience.
Push up the Cap of the Holder and pull the tobacco stick straight up.
Slip the Holder back into the Pocket Charger to recharge.
Clean your IQOS after finishing a pack of HEETS (20 sticks) to ensure a consistent taste and tobacco experience.
First, let your device cool down for at least 30 seconds. Remove the Cap and gently tap the Holder.
Open the rotating head of the Dual Cleaning Tool. Insert it without twisting it. Gently rotate it three times. Then remove it without twisting it.
Gently tap your Holder again to remove any residue.
Open the sweeping head of the Dual Cleaning Tool. Align the cleaning tool to the heating blade and gently insert. Move it from left to right.
Then lightly tap your Holder again to remove residue.
Without touching the heating blade, use the Cleaning Sticks to swab inside the Cap and the area around the heating blade.
Don’t use liquids to clean your IQOS.
Recharge your Holder in the Pocket Charger. When a single light pulses, you’re ready for a recharge.
To recharge the Pocket Charger, connect it to the power adapter. A full charge takes up to 2 hours.
